Shipping & Tracking

  • All orders are processed upon receipt.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and filling your order.
  • Estimated processing and shipping times do not include weekends, holidays, or non-business days.
  • Unless you select First Class Mail, shipping is free.
  • When you check out, you will choose your shipping method.
  • We ship packages in the order they are received.
  • It usually takes 7 business days or less for your package to arrive after you place your order.

Standard Shipping

Delivery may take up to 3 - 5 business days based on the selected product's transit time.

Our delivery times are based on orders placed Monday through Friday. We will process all orders received after 2:00 PM CST the following business day.

Shipping Accuracy

Check your shipping address carefully! If an address error is made, El Paisa Mercadito reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements.

Only correctly addressed orders are covered by our guarantee. The address on the order acknowledgment is the only one guaranteed for delivery.

Shipping To PO Boxes

In addition to PO Boxes, we can also deliver to APO and FPO addresses. We also deliver to rural addresses with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. Our products are shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is ready. We ship most orders within two business days of receiving them. The email will include shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS website. Click on the tracking number near the bottom of the email to track your order.

Business Days & Holidays

Except for federal holidays within the United States, all orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Our distribution center does not ship packages on weekends or US holidays:

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are Non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of the Company.

To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.


If approved your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -7 days.

Late / Missing Funds

If you haven’t received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return / Exchanges

We only replace / exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at agomez@elpaisamercadito.com for processing and approval. Then send your item to:

If your item is not damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
